Mendips Raceway F2 Points Champion Chris Bradbury injured his hand in the meeting Final on April 4th, and there were concerns that he may have broken his wrist. After having Xrays and hospital treatment, it seems likely that it may be ligament damage, and Chris is planning to miss the racing over the weekend of April 10th and 11th, in the hope that he will be fitr for the SRD Brisca f2 Nationals meeting at the Raceway on April 18th. |

Meeting Report Monday April 5th 2010
This four formula Bank Holiday meeting had the family fun factor with the Robins and the second running of the Matches and Despatches event for Hearse and Limo bangers, which was so successful last year. For the noncontact fans, there was MiniRods and Special Rods, both of which were a little down on numbers, but the revised racing format made for some really good fast and close racing.

The 2010 season at Mendips Raceway got underway on Easter Sunday, and despite a chilly wind it was there were sunny skies and those present were treated to a fine afternoon of great action from the BriSCA F2 Stock Cars, Hot Rods and Rookie Bangers.
