We have many enquiries since the weekend about Andy Tyler, our Pit Gate Marshall.
Andy was struck by a piece of flying debris during the stock car Final, and was cared for by St John Ambulance, before being transferred to Weston super Mare hospital.
After Xrays and scans, no serious injury was detected, and he was released from hospital at 4pm on Monday. |

The two-day summer weekend took place in what could be very much described as summer like weather, with Mendips Raceway basking under warm sunshine, and of course clear skies that go with it as the racing went on into the dusk on Saturday.
The headliners were the National Bangers with the annual All-Ford rear wheel drive ‘British Beef’ meeting on Saturday and then the under 2 litre ‘Summer Open’ trophy on Sunday.

The weekend is almost here, and there are more bookings for the British Beef night, which now has 54 cars.
