South Wales Roughnecks will be hosting a charity event at Mendips 19th March hosted by Welsh Wizard (Marshal Wilson) and Welsh Wizard junior (Kairan Wilson) to support ‘Social Soundwaves’ a Social Enterprise that recently lost their entire arts studio in a tragic fire!
Social Soundwaves is a creative arts education service that primarily focuses on developing disadvantaged young people’s confidence, education and life skills through creative arts practices, and has positively effected the lives of over 700 young people since they were founded in 2015.
South Wales Roughnecks will be doing a sponsored banger race for our team to get smashed to bits around the Mendips race track!
All money raised will go towards helping Social Soundwaves rebuild their new creative arts centre and to help them continue making positive differences to the disadvantaged young people who need these opportunities the most.
We would like to invite you to come and support our team, were sure you'll have a smashing time!
